Ifeanyi Onyemere is a Life & Organisational Performance expert; an author and entrepreneur with a blend of international experience and creativity with the passion to help organisations and individuals maximize their potentials and achieve optimum performance. Ifeanyi is the MD/CEO of BlueOcean Strategy Limited, a management consulting company. He holds “Life & Organisational performance sessions” for corporate executives, group heads, managers and business leaders where he teaches Vision, Workplace attitude and mentorship.

He has over 13years experience in Consulting, Telecommunication, Banking, Sales and Marketing and has facilitated management and business trainings in performance management, Entrepreneurship, Customer Service, Sales and marketing techniques, Leadership, Change Management and Customer Relationship Management.
He worked in the Corporate Strategy Group of a few multinational companies, two of which are leading banks in Africa.
Ifeanyi has facilitated training programmes for individuals and corporate organizations, some of which include UAC Plc, PZ Cussons Plc, Equatel Telecommunications Plc, Castorama Ltd, Airtel Networks Limited, LG, Intercellular Plc, Federal Inland Revenue services, SMEDAN etc.
Ifeanyi is currently involved in community service. He is the Founder/Executive Director of Youth Career and Leadership Development Foundation, a not-for –profit organization which he is currently using to teach and train Nigerian youths on Career, Leadership, Attitude and Values. To date, he has successfully established over five of such clubs in Secondary and tertiary institutions and impacted the lives of over 500 youths.
He is a regular guest on several television and radio houses where he discusses issues on Career, Enterprise, Leadership and other contemporary issues as well as a regular speaker at the Full Gospel Business Mens’ Fellowship International.
He holds a masters degree in Finance and Corporate Strategy. He was also trained by TOL Consult, USA, a member of National Staff Development Council, in the United States of America.

In 2008, Ifeanyi was also involved in setting up the Public Sector Division of the Bank and was in charge of Performance Management Unit of the Division.

In December 2009, he carried out a diagnostic review of all the loss–making branches of selected business areas of the Bank. Consequently, a good number of the business offices were returned to profitability.

In April 2012, Ifeanyi led and facilitated an impactful customer service and personal mastery training programme for PZ Cussons.

Mr. Onyemere holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a masters degree in Finance & Corporate Strategy. He is a certified Credit Analyst with Servexcel , India.

He has attended several complementary courses facilitated by both local and international organisations.

He is also the CEO of ONE ZONE LIMITED, a thriving E-commerce and General Retail company. He sits on the board of various companies.
