Ifeanyi Onyemere is a Life & Organisational Performance expert; an author and entrepreneur with a blend of international experience and creativity with the passion to help organisations and individuals maximize their potentials and achieve optimum performance.

Ifeanyi is the MD/CEO of BlueOcean Strategy Limited, a management consulting company.
He holds “Life & Organisational performance sessions” for corporate executives, group heads, managers and business leaders where he teaches Vision, Workplace attitude and mentorship.
He has over 13years experience in Consulting, Telecommunication, Banking, Sales and Marketing and has facilitated management and business trainings in performance management, Entrepreneurship, Customer Service, Sales and marketing techniques, Leadership, Change Management and Customer Relationship Management.

He worked in the Corporate Strategy Group of a few multinational companies, two of which are leading banks in Africa.
Ifeanyi has facilitated training programmes for individuals and corporate organizations, some of which include UAC Plc, PZ Cussons Plc, Equatel Telecommunications Plc, Castorama Ltd, Airtel Networks Limited, LG, Intercellular Plc, Federal Inland Revenue services, SMEDAN etc.
Ifeanyi is currently involved in community service. He is the Founder/Executive Director of Youth Career and Leadership Development Foundation, a not-for –profit organization which he is currently using to teach and train Nigerian youths on Career, Leadership, Attitude and Values. To date, he has successfully established over five of such clubs in Secondary and tertiary institutions and impacted the lives of over 500 youths.

He is a regular guest on several television and radio houses where he discusses issues on Career, Enterprise, Leadership and other contemporary issues as well as a regular speaker at the Full Gospel Business Mens’ Fellowship International.
He holds a masters degree in Finance and Corporate Strategy. He was also trained by TOL Consult, USA, a member of National Staff Development Council, in the United States of America.

In 2008, Ifeanyi was also involved in setting up the Public Sector Division of the Bank and was in charge of Performance Management Unit of the Division.

In December 2009, he carried out a diagnostic review of all the loss–making branches of selected business areas of the Bank. Consequently, a good number of the business offices were returned to profitability.

In April 2012, Ifeanyi led and facilitated an impactful customer service and personal mastery training programme for PZ Cussons.

Mr. Onyemere holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a masters degree in Finance & Corporate Strategy. He is a certified Credit Analyst with Servexcel , India.

He has attended several complementary courses facilitated by both local and international organisations.

He is also the CEO of ONE ZONE LIMITED, a thriving E-commerce and General Retail company. He sits on the board of various companies.


SteveHARRIS is a Management Consultant with experience spanning over 6 years , a UN/YFP Young Ambassador for Peace & regarded as Nigeria’s leading Life Strategist.
SteveHARRIS has designed, managed and facilitated several customer service and personal mastery training programmes, management and leadership retreats for several organizations.

Today, SteveHARRIS is fast becoming a “household” name in several organizations, including West African Portland Cement (WAPCO), Guaranty Trust Bank, FinBank, Access Bank, Skye Bank, Oceanic Bank, Diamond Bank, Intercontinental Bank, Zenith Bank, Shell Petroleum Development Company etc. just to name a few, where he has managed streams of Customer Service Management, Leadership, Passion Infusion and Workforce Activation training programmes and retreats.

In 2007, SteveHARRIS managed and led a highly successful Culture Transformation project for the Management and over 600 staff of West African Portland Cement (WAPCO). In that same year, he co-led and championed a 4 month Culture Transformation project for BankPHB plc.

In 2010, SteveHARRIS co – led a Culture Transformation project for the Management of Ashaka Cement (AshakaCem) during which he was also given the sole responsibility of preparing the Organization Diagnostic Report for the Executive Management of Ashaka Cement. In December 2010, he co – led a one day highly successful Team Building retreat for the Management and over 500 staff of MultiChoice Nigeria.

He is also sought after by many organizations as a turn-around expert, Life Strategist and inspirational corporate activator that has added incredible value to not only the effectiveness and corporate productivity of his clients, but also to their organization’s bottom line.

In November 2010, SteveHARRIS was profiled and honoured as one of 36 “Naija Diamonds” a program collaboration between Inspire Africa and Diamond Bank plc.; that profiled selfless, ordinary Nigerians doing extraordinary things whom, through their lives, value systems and actions embody the spirit of the “New Nigeria” and have become role models worthy of emulation.

Chidi is an educator and management consultant. He has worked with institutions globally on leadership, learning reform and strategic human capital development. Prof. Onyia is the founding and current president of the Californian Association of Nigerian Educators (CANE).

He has served in numerous advisory committees for the US Department of Education, the World Bank and the Lynwood Unified School District in Los Angeles California. He has consulted for numerous state executive council teams and top management teams at all levels of the education system in Nigeria including the University of Nigeria and the Nigerian Universities Commission.

He is the Chairman/CEO of TOL Consult, California in the United States of America, OrgLearning Nigeria and Berkley International Science Magnet Group of Schools. He serves on the boards of different financial and faith based organisations.

Prof. Onyia has been given so many awards for his contribution to supporting leadership thinking, education reform, and human asset development in private and public sectors. He was the first African to be given the 2008 ‘Lynwood City Outstanding African American Leader’ for his support in improving leadership and learning in Lynwood California. He was also awarded in 2009 the “Cambridge Who-Is-Who” with other global leaders for his contribution to innovative education practice. His experience speaking globally gives an insight into global trends.

He has trained mid and senior management of Nigeria Communications Communication (NCC), Globacom and MTN on soft skills.


Martin has about 20 years’ experience in strategy design/implementation and in leading several economic and financial research activities comprising analysis, predictive modeling and forecasting the economy, sectors, markets and financial instruments.

He is a seasoned decision optimization expert and economic policy analyst. In specific terms, Martin is very skilled in predictive analytics, econometrics, data-and-economic-theory driven (policy and business) strategy design and implementation, as well as value chain analysis.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the African Analytics and Econometrics Initiatives and a Fellow of the Centre for the study of Economic Policy Performance.


Segun has over 25 years’ career experience, spanning professional audit and consulting services, Banking, Oil & Gas (downstream) and Telecommunication industries.

Segun was an Executive Director at Intercontinental Bank Plc in charge of Corporate Banking Group, as well as the South directorate of the bank.

He holds a B.Sc(hons) in Political Science from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria and an MBA from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc. USA. He has attended several complementary courses and international leadership seminars.

George has 25 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resource Management, Manpower Resourcing, Management Consulting, Training, Research, Banking, and Broadcast Media experience across multi-ethnic, multi-cultural work environments.

George has held Senior and Management positions in various organizations and has worked as an Independent Consultant to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on Nigeria Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy (NEEDS) in Niger State.

He was Lead Consultant on numerous Human Resource projects. He was until recently the Human Resources Manager and later Head, Learning and Development in Intercontinental Bank Plc. He was a Senior Consultant and Group Manager at Tom Associates; Head of Human Resources, Standard Trust Bank; Group Head, HR and Admin of Minaj Media Group and General Manager, DBN Media Group.

He facilitates for the Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a host of other organizations.

He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), the Nigerian Institute of Management(NIM) and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations(NIPR).

George holds the M.Sc. degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Ibadan and has attended many training programs including Mastering Competitive Strategy at the prestigious Lagos Business School.
